Neil Fox

Neil is a Professor at Falmouth University, but grew up in Luton in the 1980s and 1990s witnessing the struggle against Thatcher in his living room. His Dad, an active member of the Labour Party, made their house a hub for collecting aid for striking miners and campaigning locally. He learned about class and labour and community here and addresses all these themes in his teaching, preparing film students for the neoliberal hellscape that is the creative industries.
