Leah (born Ellesmere Port, UK) is an artist, curator, and writer. Gordon’s film and photographic works have been exhibited internationally. She is the co-director of the Ghetto Biennale in Port-au-Prince, Haiti; was co-curator of Kafou at Nottingham Contemporary; and PÒTOPRENS at Pioneer Works, NYC. In 2022, her award-winning feature documentary Kanaval, was screened in cinemas and she exhibited at documenta fifteen. In 2025 Gordon exhibited her new work, Monument to the Vanquished Peasant, at the Herbert Museum and published an accompanying book, Common People.
