Neoliberalizard is a Black Country based graffiti artist, activist, and curator working at the intersection of street culture, anti-fascist organising, and public intervention. Their practice spans paste ups, calligraphy, sculpture, and unsanctioned actions that some describe as post-vandalism. They are a co-founder of Fash Catwalk, a surreal exhibition and performance platform confronting ultranationalism and reactionary politics. Neo uses graffiti as a weapon of communication to reclaim public space, disrupt fear, and to mobilise action and solidarity across cities worldwide.
