Sam Stensland

A Trustee of Tylorstown Welfare Hall since 2021, Sam has luckily been able to use what they’ve learnt about grant-making and funding from their time with charities in Wales & London to help bring much needed money into the Rhondda. They are working on new poetry and music to support this further. With a family background of pro-worker activism, they’ve always worked in roles that (in a too small and sometimes morally challenging way) transfer wealth to poorer communities.
